#23 Shamrocks drop opener to #2 Oak Park

The Shamrock wrestlers opened the 2008-09 season with a 51-12 loss to the 2nd ranked Huskies Wednesday night in Oak Park. Seniors Matt Ortega (215 lbs) and Anthony Sciaccotta (103 lbs) along with junior Alex Ortiz (160 lbs) all picked up wins for the 23rd ranked Shamrocks.

The team heads to Maine East this Friday and Saturday for the 16 Team dual team tournament. Wrestling begins at 9 a.m. both days.
